Meet our Food Services Team!

  • Kitchen Manager: Nicki Evans

    Nicki Evans, also known as Miss Nicki, is the SWCS Kitchen Manager. She has been with the Wolf Pack for seven years. Her philosophy is: "The quickest way to the hearts of the students is through the stomach!" Nicki lives in the Wolf Creek area. She works hard, making every meal from scratch, and is very careful to make sure each meal meets nutritional guidelines.

  • Kitchen Assistant: Sonya Gibson

    Sonya has been at SWCS for three years. She is the Kitchen Assistant. Her job includes helping prepare daily meals as well as prepping and serving the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables snack program. She also fills in with custodian duties when the need arises. Sonya lives in the Wolf Creek area and enjoys working with Sunny Wolf students.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
